Yes.
Just kidding, in reality, the two parties are much more complicated. It is true Republicans are bigger supporters of business than Democrats, and Democrats more often support the impoverished, the minorities, etc. However, a successful business means that at least someone is benefiting, and Republicans feel that by supporting business, they are helping the poor, minorities, etc. more than if they gave them welfare. The idea is that they are helping the poor help themselves. Of course, it doesn't always work out that way, and in fact business can profit at the expense of the poor, but it is unwise to make rash generalizations about either party.
It is not accurate to make broad generalizations about political parties in this way. Both Democrats and Republicans have diverse priorities and beliefs, which can include support for people's rights and interests as well as consideration for economic issues and businesses. Political views can vary widely within each party.
In general democrats think that businesses should be regulated more. For republicans this is considered creating a bigger government and they want to avoid this.
gold standard and government aid to business.
The Democrats are the "Peoples party" in America. The Republicans are the "Conservatives" who are all for BIG BUSINESS and keep the poor as poor as possible. The Democrate party was founded by the KKK.
Whether they are Democrats or Republicans, the presidents who have supported big business tend to be referred to in the media as "pro-business." There may be other terms, but that is the most common one.
A long time ago when it was federlists (national rights) and anti-federlists (state rights) people who were anti-federlists the democrats were more of farmers and middle to low class people. On the other hand the federalists the republicans were high class business men the urban type. But now Republicans and Democrats are spread through out the whole country.

Please rewrite your question. If you are asking if they cross party lines the answer is yes. There are Democrats who vote with the Republicans. The nickname for them is "Blue Dogs". At one time more people in Congress on both sides would compromise and cross party lines to get the people's business done.
There are 35 Democrats and 5 Republicans in the Senate, with the Democrats making up 87.5% of the body and Republicans making up 12.5%, giving the Democrats a supermajority. There are 16 Republicans and 144 Democrats in the House of Representatives, with the Democrats making up 90% of the body and Republicans making up 10%, giving the Democrats a supermajority.
•During the last half-century, the Democrats have been known as the party of the working class and of racial and ethnic minorities. •During the last half-century, the Republicans have been known as the party of business and known for having an ethic of self-reliance.

Historically....no. http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/economics-blog/2012/aug/29/democrats-better-wall-street-republicans but how far back you go (history) is debatable....my guess....the two topics are almost mutually exclusive.
