Im Jamaican and no they are not black. i come from Kingston and some of the population is African but im full blooded and if jamaicans were black they would be able to come president of Another Country. just like ethiopians they are not black they come from saberans or something like that.jamaicans are tainos but during the time those English people came they brought africans and tainos didnt know what was going on
