As to part (a), it is unclear in the phrasing whether or not there is collusion (i.e. Jews, Christians, and Muslims are ganging up together to kill Hindus, etc.) or there is dissension (i.e. Jews are killing Christians and Muslims, and Muslims are killing Christians and Jews, etc.). Regardless, while there are certainly violent extremists in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, the majority of people of all three faiths are not interested in going around killing people. Those who do, typically do not base their antagonism on spiritual issues, but on mundane political or personal issues. For example, in South Sudan, Muslims enslaved and killed Christians because they liked having slaves, not because they believed that the Christian rejection of Mohammed's prophecy is blasphemous. However, they use the religion as cover for their lower desires.
As to part (b), whether God is an aberration or not is entirely within the eyes of the beholder. However, Jews, Christians, and Muslims believe themselves to be the Created Ones and God to be the Creator, not that they created God.
