I have used them for many years as food for young fry. I would say they are a bit too small for adult Bettas but they are an excellent food for rearing the youngsters.
Yes, Betta Fish are extremely aggressive and they will most likely kill your other fish.
Male Betta's are solitary. They cannot be placed with other fish. That's why they are known a Japanese fighting fish. They will kill other fish for territory.
Vinegar will kill heart worms in some breeds of dogs. It also depends on how bad and how long your dog has had the worms that determines if vinegar will work or not.
Betta splendens are fish and do not have the same kinds of emotions that humans have. Poor conditions and bad treatment will result in sickness and death rather than bad temper. The only thing that will stir a Betta up is another Betta in its' environment.
Betta fish are not terribly sensitive to pH. A pH between 5.5 and 8.5 would probably cause no problems.

this is not anweringf my question my question
I would definitely not do this. The chemicals from the paint can be extremely toxic to the fish and can possibly be fatal. If you want your betta to stay healthy, do not use paint in their tank!
it got in a bad fish fight or it is about to die from a disaese
Some people do not believe it but the best water to use in your betta fish tank is tap water. Bottled and distilled water has been "purified" and does not have the minerals that your Betta fish needs. If your tap water is so bad that you do not even drink it, than use spring water.
Your beata fish has a Dorsal Fin (the one on top), caudel fin (tail) Anal fin (the really big one underneath the fish that is more towards the back of the fish) Pectoral Fin (There are 2, one on both sides of the fish) Pelvic Fin (Also 2, the long skinney ones that hang down, located towards the front underneath the fish0
YES! They can eat crackers! My Betta fish loves crackers but his favorite foods are tilapia and scrambled eggs.Crackers are not good to feed beta fish. A beta fish can live for a couple of weeks without food.
