Shades and colors are the same thing. Anything that you can see has some color, it just might be described as a shade of red because to you its not what you would define as pure red. With that being said, true black is actually NOT a color as it reflects no light and it is the absense of color. However, there is nothing besides a "black body" in space that is pure black. White is a reflection of all colors - pure white or a shade of white - that is left up to your interpretation (unless you are a chemist or physicists as they have strict definitions of these things).
yes, because balck and white have shades which for example is gray. so what is a shade of gray, balck and/or white!
No black and white are shades
No they are not colors, they are shades
They're not. They're shades.
Yes. Black and white are colors. The come in many shades.
Black and white are shades not colors. 3 main colors are yellow red and blue. The reasoning has to do with frequencies and radiation.
Contrast
Black and white are colors, but technically both can be the absence of color, or the total combination of colors. B&W television used shades of gray (although that might also qualify as a color). The term "color TV" means a "full spectrum of colors" rather than simply grays.
Black and white even though these are not colors at all they're actually shades.
because they are shades. they have different gradients, white, gray, black, they all can melt into each other, but be very different. Also, since black and white photos were that way, they got darker in shades.
You can get brown, white, black, grey. They are the main colours but then you can get the a mix between brown and black, black and white, etc.
There are primary colors. They are, blue, yellow, orange, purple, green, and red. There is also black and white but not all people agree that black and white are colors. There are hundreds of colors and shades that can be made from these primary colors.
Dogs cannot see colors, their world is black, gray, and white, and shades between.
