No, they are not. They are very fast, and despite common myth, they do not pursue humans that provoke them. They may strike multiple times to defend themselves, but only if provoked, and given no other choice. They will eat frogs, small rodents, and other snakes, so can be very helpful to your garden and around your home.
Black Racers are non venomous, but they will bite when threatened.

Actually no snake it poisonous, because poison needs to be ingested or swallowed. But snakes can be venomous, because venom is injected into the body (which is what happens when a snake bites you) and not swallowed. But no they are not venomous or poisonous for that matter. Hope this helped! =)

no, a black racer is non-venomous.

if you tried to catch a wild one, all it would do is go to the bathroom on you.

if it did try to bite, it's teeth would feel like rough sand paper, if old enough, it might be able to lightly scratch your skin.

yes every snake can bite.

any animal that has a mouth can bite.

biting is one of the few defenses that a snake has and they usually only bite if they feel threatened. most snakes will try to flee prior to biting.

Racer Snakes are non-venomous. They do not have toxins; however, if you threaten one, it may rear up and bite you.
