RF radiation is at such low levels that it does not ionize biologically important atoms, unlike ionizing radiation, eg x-rays, which can transmit enough energy to a molecule or atom to break chemical bonds or remove electrons and is thus capable of damaging biological tissue. There is no conclusive evidence as of now that mobile phone use causes cancer. There have been enough research conducted around the world and none demonstrated that mobile phones cause cancer.
On the other hand there have been various studies indicating potential hazards about the relationship between mobile phone use and cancer. Therefore, its better to not to rule out the possibility as of now.
