Not exactly. The hamburger patty or ground beef part of the cheese burger is made out of "cow," and the cheese portion is made from cows...made actually from cows' milk. The rest of the burger is from wheat, cucumbers, lettuce etc.

No. Cows don't have "balls" or, more properly, testicles, because they are mature females. Meatballs is made from ground beef, which is meat not grade for roasts or steaks that is ground up to be made into a variety of meals like Hamburgers, stews, sloppy joes or meatballs.

Meatballs are made by frying up ground beef until it's brown, adding seasonings and chopped onions to it as it fries, then taking a handful and rolling them up into Golf-ball size balls.

Different kinds of animals are used to make meatballs. Turkeyballs are meatballs made from Turkey meat. Some meatballs are made up of beef or pork as well. ~
