Actually, the glans is desensitized by what is called "keratinization" ... since most non-Muslim men are circumcised at birth, this happens while still in diapers so most guys don't notice. And even if they did many of them would deny that there is anything wrong with their genitalia that is the nature of the beast,

I was circumcised as an adult. I find that if I wear briefs then I usually don’t feel anything and surprisingly, immediately after my op found it more comfortable than with a foreskin. Maybe due to lack of itching or pinching etc?
On the other hand, if I wear my cotton boxers then I feel it rubbing a lot as I walk and especially when climbing stairs. It is usually a pleasant sensation but sometimes can be too much and annoying.
