I personally faced this question during a job interview here in Pakistan. I answered "yes" as I believe they were; but the head of of the panel did not agree, he had his own logic for that. Now I am also confused. The gentleman was an experienced natural resource manager. He was of the view that when we grow crops ourselves then how do you say they are "Natural" resources.
