No. When a female cat goes into heat she is not choosy about her mate, and male cats instinctively breed with as many females as possible. However if a male and female cat that have bred live together, they may have affection for each other just like any other cats. If the male and female are close, the male is also more likely to take an interest in his kittens. If they don't have access to other unfixed cats this may resemble a family dynamic, at least until the kittens are old enough to annoy their mama.

Cats are most loyal to the person who feeds it, speaks quietly, and is kindest to it. Cats do not like yelling, being pulled or tugged, or feeling unsafe. Cats show irritation by twitching their tail (in dogs, that means the dog is excited, but for cats it means STAY AWAY or Don't bother me!
