You bet. These were some of GM's best performance heads, some with straight spark plugs, others with angle spark plugs. Most had 2.02" intake valves, with 1.54". If you want to sell these, 200.$ each is a respectable price, Good Luck!
yes they will i just put a set of double hump heads on my buddys 94 z 71 and they worked great.
350 hp double hump head are high compression ,if you are building it ,then you will have to make sure that squish/quench area is around .040 ,if not ,you will have detonation. Also header will be a requirement to get this HP
if it has the double hump heads..more than likely 350hp. If not 250hp
I wants to now if double hump head fit on a 1995 stock 350 engine?
yes it will
I have a 81 s-10 and is in search for a double hump transmission crossmember that will work with a TH-350...
Not a good idea. 350 heads will lower compression to 7 to 1 or less.
Good compression, good heads, good cam.
bore it out to 301 cu.in. port and polish heads ( look for a good set of dbl. hump heads ,mostly where on 327-375hp) good cam ,helps a lot GM made a cam that was for hdy lifters an was good for 350 hp was used in 327 corvette's 62 thru 66
Yes, but it will drop the compression a little (64cc vs. 58cc chambers), and the bigger valves will make more top end at the expense of some low end torque. Also, if they really are camel hump heads (never heard of camel hump heads with anything other than 2.02, 1.60 valves)they may not have accessory holes drilled in the ends. It's probably not an upgrade.
No. The 350 has bigger valves. While you CAN put the 305 heads on the 350, (I can't imagine why you would actually want to) you can NOT put the 350 heads on the 305. Because of the 305's small bore, the valves on the 350 heads will hit the cylinder block.
Yes you can you can to a cam with 501 lift that,s the maximum for a stock gm head. You will also have to change your torque converter or it won,t idle unless you have your foot on the accelerator.
