I wants to now if double hump head fit on a 1995 stock 350 engine?
DOHC means Double Over-Head Cam. The engine has 2 camshafts that are located within the cylinder head at the top of the engine.
The Ford 4.0 liter EFI engine ( which is an Over Head Valve / pushrod design engine ) is about 158 horsepower, stock. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ For the Ford 4.0 liter Single Over Head Cam engine, depending on which Ford model it is in and model year, it's about 205 to 210 horsepower, stock.
you need an alternator
drivers side back of the head as well as on the stock intake in the rear
It's an over head valve engine ( OHV ) it isn't an over head cam engine

The over head valve engine is still in use. Ford did not stop using it, however, the way the valves are opened and could be with single or double over head cams.
