It depends what you consider to be "proof". If your requisite for the existence of something is dependent on God's affirmation of its existence (through The Bible), then you may accept that Heaven as the dwelling place of God is real. However, proving the existence of "hell" by that same process tends to differ according to different doctrinal interpretations.

The question asks whether hell and heaven are strictly proven to be real, and the answer is no. There are a few scriptural references that provide comfort for believers, but no proof of their existence.

We hold it to be evident that an infinitely wise Creator, whose wisdom is vastly manifest (for example) in the wonders of our bodies, would not be so unwise as to neglect unfinished business. If a tyrant "escapes judgment" by swallowing a painless poison, to our mind it is axiomatic that his tribulations have just begun. God is just (Deuteronomy 32:4).

The existence of a spiritual place or places in which the souls of the dead are treated in accordance with their behavior when alive (reward or punishment), is a tradition of mankind, which finds expression (in differing details) in various religions. It cannot be conclusively proven as long as we're alive; and that's the whole point: God tests us as to whether we will live in a way that demonstrates that we're aware of His presence, even though His presence is not readily visible.

Modern concepts of heaven and hell are more in tuned with Dante's Inferno than with the Bible. The confusion for many stems from the terms used in their respective context.

The Scripture speaks of 3 heavens: the lowest is our atmosphere where birds fly; the middle is the universe where astronomical bodies are; and the third or Highest Heaven is where the very Throne of God is and the spiritual home world. The very Bible begins with 'In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.' Note the plural of heavens as this is the most common usage - more than one. Heaven of heavens here is the spiritual world of God's Throne:

1 Kings 8:27 - New King James Version (NKJV)
27 "But will God indeed dwell on the earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built!

The same occurs with the term translated as 'hell.' There are four words used for this with the most common in the Hebrew as 'sheol' which is also translated in the Greek as 'hades.' It simply means the grave or pit where the dead are buried. Then tartaroo/tartarus is used only one time in 2 Peter 2:4 and is the place for the sinning angels and not mankind. The final word translated as hell is 'gehenna' which was a trash dump outside of the city. The fire was continual and even dead bodies of the corrupt were thrown in here to disintegrate. This term is commonly used symbolically to refer to the Lake of Fire where the incorrigible will be cast into at the Judgement of the Condemned. They will be totally incinerated and turned into ashes under the feet of the saints:

Malachi 4:3 - New King James Version (NKJV)

3 You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,"
Says the Lord of hosts.

So in answer to the question, the Scripture 'proves' there are places called heaven and hell but they in no way mean places of eternal damnation. Heaven or the Throne of God will descend to the Earth (see Revelation 21) and God, Jesus will live among their new family - sons/brothers and daughters/sisters in Paradise (heaven on earth):

2 Corinthians 6:18 - New King James Version (NKJV)
18 "I will be a Father to you,
And you shall be My sons and daughters,
Says the Lord Almighty."

Have you seen heaven or hell? Has anybody been to heaven or hell? Heaven and hell are not two physical locations that are somewhere on some distant planet. Heaven and hell are experienced on earth. You can realize this Truth - you can't prove it but you can infer it, like you infer the Law of Gravity. You infer that when a person dies, they have their past actions or Karma that have to be redeemed and thus, they have to be reborn. They don't go to heaven or hell because there are no flights, no spacecraft. And how can they go to heaven or hell if the body is cremated or buried on earth? Therefore we have to go beyond these Fairy Tales, and we have to realize the Truth that we will be reborn in heaven or hell right here on earth.

In general, religious beliefs, including this one, can't be really proven - or disproved for that matter - as far as I know.

Are Heaven's gates and hell's flames real?

When the notion of heaven and hell was being developed, they were assumed to be physical places, with heaven just above the sky. Gradually it was perceived that hell was a place of eternal fires, searing the souls condemned to hell.Science has shown that heaven and hell can not be located in any physical location in the universe. Religion has therefore adapted by saying that heaven and hell are not actually physical places, but spiritual states of being. If heaven is no longer a physical place, then the gates of heaven are not physical realities. If recent religious belief is true, then the dead can not suffer from heat, cold, pain, hunger or any other physical form of punishment. So why would there be flames in hell?

Do we need Heaven or Hell or Does Heaven or Hell need us?

OpinionThe second part of this question implies that heaven and hell are real. If they are, then they, or at least the powers that control them, are so powerful that they surely would not need us.so, do we need heaven or hell. Perhaps religious leaders do, because the promise or threat of one or the other is what is supposed to keep us in line as obedient Christians, Muslims or Jews.

Is hell an eternal place and do the unsaved burn in hell forever?

Hell is a concept in the Christian and Islamic religions, but not in Judaism. For Christians and Muslims, the unsaved do burn in hell forever. Jews believe that they merely lose out from going to heaven. Another point of view is that neither heaven nor hell is real. Hell is therefore not an eternal place and there is no punishment in the afterlife.

Why does the poet fell that heaven and hell are not real places?

The poet may feel that heaven and hell are not real places because they are abstract concepts that represent states of being rather than physical locations. For the poet, heaven and hell might be symbolic of human experiences or emotions rather than actual destinations. Additionally, the poet's perspective may be shaped by their beliefs or understanding of the world as opposed to literal interpretations of religious teachings.

Is Kingdom Hearts real or fake?

Well, in my opinion it is real, like heaven and hell. The world that never was is hell, while the rest is like earth and heaven. Heartless are dark creatures from hearts, like demons. Same with the nobodies. Sora represents you, fighting for light, trying not to be sent into the darkness and into he'll... Really makes you think.......
