Best Answer

Any car in good working order is faster than a horse on a good road. The top speed of a race horse is around 40 mph and that is only for a few miles. Horses can go where cars can not and so would be faster if crossing streams and jumping gullies and hedges is needed.

The color of a horse in no way affects it's speed. A 'Black stallion' is not a breed, stallions occur in all breeds, that is how they continue to reproduce. A Mustang is a feral horse of North America, it's speed is not affected by it's color. All breeds of horse with the exception of a few gallop (run) at the same speed, of roughly 18-25 MPH (28.9-40.2 kph) Only Thoroughbreds, Akhal-Tekes, Quarter horses, and Arabians tend to run faster than this.

No. Color has no effect on a horse's speed.
