1997 does not have EGR. The 1995 and before manifold (with EGR) is different that a 1996 or later (with out EGR).
yes it will fit, 262-400ci chevy smallblock manifolds are interchangeable.
On a V8 engine there is ( 1 intake manifold and 2 exhaust manifolds )
I think the truck block has taller deck height but if rare I think can be machined to fit. Talk to engine builder before you buy.
Sitting right on top of the engine.
Not with out major modifications. The engine mounts, exhaust and intake manifolds, and entire fuel system are all different. Not with out major modifications. The engine mounts, exhaust and intake manifolds, and entire fuel system are all different.
Yes - but you will have to swap the intake manifolds and probably the exhaust manifolds.
the manifolds should be the same for the 350and 305. be careful, however about the year of your manifold, older manifolds have the four center holes drilled at the same angle as the heads and the rest of the holes, newer manifolds have the four holes drilled straight up and down, and the two are not interchangeable
The intake manifold is on the top center of the engine. The exhaust manifolds are on the front and rear of the engine.
Some have aluminum engine blocks and/or cylinder heads, many of the sensors, intake manifolds
The intake on the 1979 Ford 302 engine is different than the intake on the 1993 Ford 302 engine. The intakes are not interchangeable.
Under the upper and lower intake manifolds at the back of the engine block.
the diffence is the intake manifold and exhaust manifolds are slitly bigger
