All marriages are predestined to fail, if couple doesn't seek professional counselling.
I've been married for 25 years in a an 'interethnic' relationship and initially there are things that need to be adjusted and worked out. Even as the years go by situations will come up where there needs to be discussion and compromise and a real awareness that your partner's reaction comes from another cultural perspective/religion. Especially where extended family is involved. Over time there can be a really great mixing of cultures where you take the best of both and create something really great. It can be exciting too to be so closely exposed to ideas different from what you've been brought up with, as long as your beliefs are not so totally different that it would absolutely not match. And both people must be flexible and be willing to compromise or there can be real difficulty.
If you google interethnic it gives you an answer faster than this. The first link on google says: "between, among, or involving members of two or more ethnic groups" Since you have posted this in marriage and family I assume you are referring to interethnic marriage. Try googling "interethnic marriage".

1 million marriages fail per year.... 1 MILLION WORK OUT PER YEAR
Our souls are not predestined.
This is a Fu__en question, what a question? By: Pag-ibig
Survey could make you avoid the pitfall that led to others to fail in their marriages. For example the percentage of women that abused in marriage.
percent of marriages that fail after the death of a child
The husband / wife are affected but if there is children they will get the most affected than anyone else.
Most marriages fail because of overspending, poor communication or infidelity. Second marriages fail at a greater rate but the cause is the same as with first marriages except that the signs seem familiar earlier. Be clear about one thing; overspending and poor communication are the main culprits that lead to infidelity. More advice about the tools for better communication and money management is in Part II (The Tools) of the book "Marriages, Shack-ups and Other Disasters".
In states and countries where same-sex marriages are legal, they work (or fail to work) exactly the same way opposite sex marriages do. They have the same legal requirements, and grant the same benefits and impose the same obligations.
