Well this is coming from a malayalee. A malayalee person is basically from Kerela which is in the south indian state of India which is next to Sri Lanka so dats why sometimes malayalee look like sri lankans they also have same culture and there language is pretty much the same. Tamil the Sri lankan spoken language is simillar to malayalam. Malayalee and Sri lankans are the same the only real difference is that kerela is india.
