First, remove the door handle, it has 2 screws one in each side. After that, between the door panel and the window handle there is a small rubber ring, push it towards the panel until you can see a small lock in the shape of a U, with a flat screwdriver, take the lock out and the window handle comes off. With care, start locating the small plastic "nails" with which the door panel attaches itself to the metal. Try pulling the nails evenly as they tear apart or damage the panel. After all the panel is loose, pull it upwards to release the little thing that licks the window and then out, there you go, panel out.
There should be no joints like that inside the breaker panel. I'm pretty sure the NEC, or in my case the Canadian Electrical Code prohibits having any wire nuts/marrettes in it. Any such joints should be done outside the breaker panel in it's own junction box.

A shadow box is nothing more than a deep picture frame, make a frame at least 2" deep, There are many ways to do the frame, but the glass needs to be near the front, about a 1/4" in from the face of the frame, do the same with the back for the back panel, and apply your art to the back panel. There are frames that are Butted togethes (joints) and they look nice, experience play's a big part doing it this way. For the most part 45 degree joints look the best. Good-Luck

I think they put those door panels on with liquid nails. But seriously, I managed to get my window down by beating on the door. Once I got the windown down I pryed the door panel lip out of the window lip. The door panel still did not want to come off. At this point I decide the heck with it and I just ripped it off. It came off with no problems. You can start at the bottom and rip it off, it will come off, do not be afraid of ruining it. It will come off. It is just harder then heck to rip it off.
