Some nieces of sisters are related to each other and some are not.

Your niece is the daughter of your brother or sister (your siblings). If you have more than two siblings and at least two of them have daughters, those daughters are your nieces and they are first cousins to each other.

You can also have a niece who is the daughter of a sibling of your spouse. If two sisters have nieces who are daughters of their spouse's siblings, those nieces are not related to each other (unless the spouses are related to each other, as when two brothers marry two sisters)

How is your mom's sister-in-law's niece related to you?

Your mother's sister-in-law is either the wife of her brother (your uncle), or your father's sister (your aunt). The niece of your uncle's wife is not related to you, unless she is you, your sister, or a girl cousin who is the daughter of another of your mother's brothers or sisters. The niece of your father's sister is you, your sister, or the daughter of another of your father's brother's or sisters. If your father's sister is married, she may have nieces who are the daughters of her husband's brothers or sisters. Those nieces are not related to you.

Can you marry the niece of your maternal grandmother's sister-in-law?

Your maternal grandmother's sister-in-law has two kinds of nieces. She has nieces who are the daughters of her brothers and sisters. This nieces are not related to you and you could legally marry one.She also has nieces who are the daughters of her husband's brothers and sisters. Your mother is one of those nieces. Her sisters and some of her first cousins are the others. It is not legal to marry your mother or her sisters, but her first cousins are your first cousins once removed, and marriage to one of them would be legal in some places and illegal in others.

What do you call your father's brother's wife's nieces Are they related to you What if you get married to one of them what happens then?

Your father's brother's wife is your uncle's wife. Her nieces are the daughters of her brothers and sisters. As such, they are not related to you because you have no common ancestors. Nothing special will happen (unless you make it happen) if you marry one of them, unless you live in one of the non-English cultures that considers such distant people to be close relatives. There is one special case, where your uncle's wife (your aunt) has nieces because they are the daughters of her husband, your uncle. In that case, her nieces could be you (if you are female) or your sisters or your first cousins, the daughters of your father's other bothers and sisters. Marrying a first cousin is accepted by some ethnic groups and countries and forbidden by others.
