No no no. BIG difference!Orcas are also known as Killer Whales or you might know them as Shamoo for those Sea World goers. Orca's are a type of tooth whale and are known for there black and white coloring. They travel in pods and attack other whales, usually separating the mother from its calf and eating the baby. Whale sharks are HUGE sharks bigger than Orcas but smaller (By a LOT) than Blue Whales, which Fun fact , There heart is the size of a Volkswagen Bug!

∙ 12y agoYes they are the same, but people who really like them prefer orcas they can't or won't understand that they are killers. I saw a video a while back about an orca that attacked a man that was not doing anything to the whale, the man was just sitting on a dock.
