Okay there can be two answers for this question. Yes and no. The reason being is because everybody is different, and everybody is put through different situations. Depending on how well you can handle a certain situation depends on how well your body can avoid having a panic attack. Basically, everybody has a panic attack maybe only once in their lifetime or more but remember that depending on the situation, it all has to do with how they deal with it. :D

Panic Disorder is diagnosed when a person repeated panic attacks and levels of anxiety, it doesn't have to be unexpected I get panic attacks when violence is inflicted, or when I think of violence happening or if some one wants to fight me, its not as serious as it sounds, like, I dont have them daily or anything. I have attacks maybe, once a month, maybe TOPS twice a month.

But LOOK if you have Panic Attacks, anxiety, or Panic Disorder, or any mental condition for that matter. PLEASE get your self checked out and TELL SOME ONE because you DONT have to live like this :) There is help. I promise you. Soon I'll be going on medication for my attacks, and therapy defiantly helped me as well.

The good thing to do is

well,

eat healthy foods,

but honestly, do what ever you want to do, just dont do any heavy drugs, or weed because it increases anxiety

and if you drink, dont drink constantly, maybe once every week or every two weeks, drink to get drunk if you must. But remember that Weed CAN affect your anxiety.

But just do what you wanna do , and if you find your self confined inside your house, get out immediantly before that becomes agoraphobia.

The best thing to do in my eyes, is to just get out there, and do what you usually do, and conqour the scary things that give you anxiety or panic attacks.

But I haven't heard your condition, if you even have panic disorder or attacks, but if you do, get checked out, and mention some of the things I said if you like.

Can this be cured?

Yes! But in the same way, no. We all have anxiety.

Basically you can get rid of the HIGH anxiety, but you wont get rid of your natural anxiety, if this makes sense

in other words, you can get rid of the problem. But not the normal regular Anxiety that everyone has.

Yes! You can feel both anxiety and a panic attack at the same time.Panic and anxiety attacks not similar, but they share a lot of emotional and physical symptoms

Anxiety has some psychiatric disorders. Symptoms of anxiety include worries, distress, shortness of breath, sleep disturbances, chest pain, dizziness, dry mouth, fatigue, and fear. Anxiety is usually related to the expectation of a stressful situation, experience, or event. It may come on continuously. On the other hand, a Panic attack doesn't come in reaction.

Panic attacks come on abruptly, without an evident trigger. Panic attacks can be very terrifying. When panic attacks happen, you might think you're losing your control, having a heart attack and even thinking dying.

People those experiencing anxiety are at a heightened risk of contacting panic attacks at the same time and it is very dangerous.

PDS is not a brain disorder, but an acronym for a test to screen for Posttramatic Stress Disorder, which is considered an anxiety disorder (so yes, it is a brain disorder) PDS stands for "Posttraumatic Stress Diagnostic Scale." At least, if you're referring to the same acronym I think you are.
