Absolutely not. PG-13 movies are rated due to material that is absolutely not appropriate for a 7 year old. At a minimum, children should be at least 10 before introduction to these movies. Parental guidance and discussion should also accompany these movie watchings.
Too many parents compromise their principles and allow their underage children to view movie and t.v. content way too mature for their age. Parents, hold to your values.
