in NC i see people drive mopeds with no problems, i don't see why it would be a problem to drive the x19 or x18 around the streets, it has everything the same as the moped but shaped like a motorcycle. i would see the rules you have in your state about mopeds and ask some police officers. i live in wpb fl and to awnser your question no it is not legal to drive on the streets UNLESS you are 16 and Dave a drivers license and i think you have to take a motorcycle test at the dmv
