yes they are actually illegel in every place people just so it so they get all the money. I can for sure tell you that the animals think it is tortureous. If you are a dog person like me then you would want to kill all the people that do it and don't get caught. So if you are thinking of ding it let me tell you that there would be a big fine involved and you would have to get put in jail for a long time.
