YES. Quadroons have one biracial (black/white) parent and one White parent (one black grandparent and 3 white grandparents). As a result they are 3/4 white and 1/4 black. Most of the time they even identify themselves as white and some mixed (especially the ones that looked sort of mixed). In a way they are mixed but majority of the time they are considered white (for the simple reason that they look white majority of the time). Examples are actress and singer Eartha Kitts daughter and actress Victoria Rowell's daughter.
