simple answer no they are not i have a rich friend who i helped out when his mother died i sent him twenty pound and two packets of cigerrets to tide him over till he got payed because he couldn't get his hands on his inheritence till he turned 25 however when i desperatly needed a place to live and didnt have enough money for food he refused to help me he didnt even pay me back the twenty pounds i gave him and im a single mother on benefits

Ask people for money, they're usually outside of stores with a sign that says homeless or that they lost their job or they need money. Some really nice people do give them money and with that money they buy there supplies or what they need.

From experience from my younger days. Do good things for your parents (including chores and using manners as much as possible) and usually if they are generous enough they might give you money or bring you to the store and buy it with you.
