Harder than freshwater ones. If you are a beginner, you definitely are better off starting with a freshwater aquarium.
it is a lot of hard work to look after saltwater fish personaly i would start off with tropical fish but clown fish are probably easiest
Why would a river trout have a hard time living in the ocean?
Saltwater fish are very hard to keep, and it absolutely takes an established aquarium, and not just a tropical aquarium with salt. You have to have special "live" substrate, preferably "live" rock, and all levels of ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and salinity have to be monitored very closely. A saltwater tank is for advance aquarium keepers, and it consumes a lot of time and takes a lot of work. I am sorry for your loss, but there is a lot of information available on the web on how to keep fish. Try getting him a betta or something. A saltwater fish won't ever survive long without a saltwater tank
a cow fish is a good pet for people but is hard to take good care of.
It is hard to make sense of your question. But just in case. Sole live and are caught in the ocean so they are "salt water fish" also called "marine fish".
yes fish are easy to care for since all you have to do is feed them clean a tank and care for it i have a betta fish which is SO EASY to care for
it will make it a littlemore hard
"Whiting" is one of those words in commercial fish sales that is thrown around rather loosely, like "perch". Properly, it is used for Atlantic and Pacific Whiting, both salt-water fish.
Maybe that saltwater animal can endure hard water and freshwater animals can't.
by hard steels and hard rubber
Hard Coral is not a fish but, some small fish live in hard coral.
Keeping them in tanks keeps them from slipping out.If they get out it can be hard to get thrm. And they like it better.
