Keeping secrets can be good as no one else will be able to blab them, but you might want to consider opening up to someone as keeping things bottled up is not always a good thing. Why not try talking a adult who you trust first, you will feel much better for it and they can give you advice. But be careful when telling friends, make sure you can trust them with anything. :-)

yes secrets are worth keeping, because its personal, and if someone tells you their secret it makes you feel comfortable, and trustworthy, but if you don't then you don't have any trust.
