Boost mobile sim cards will only work with boost mobile on the nextel network nextel is a iden network standalone that will not roam on gsm networks because nextel is a iden network
Sprint is not a GSM service provider, they use a CDMA network. Also Sprint is now Sprint/Nextel and although Nextel devices do use SIM cards they are not GSM devices either. Nextel uses an iDEN network and their SIM cards can only be used for International Roaming, they cannot be used on GSM networks in the United States. Unlocked Nextel devices cannot be used on a GSM network and unlocked GSM devices cannot be used on the Nextel network as the two are not even remotely compatible.
No you cannot. The Verizon SIM cards are only designed to work on international networks. Nextel also does not use a GSM network, they use iDEN and GSM SIM cards are not compatible with it.
the AT&T network, and the T-Mobile network both use SIM cards I know that Nextel and Sprint also use sim cards.
Not all cell phones are compatible with SIM cards. Some only work with a contract, and you need to unlock the phone before you can use a SIM card.

No most phone companies do not allow any SIM card to go into all phones. The only exception I have found is the SIM cards for ATT phones and TMobile phones.
Yes T-Mobile offers great prepaid phones at a cheap price. You can find these phones at walmart, target and costco wholesale stores.
"Yes. All phones need a SIM card, or it will not function." Actually, that answer is incredibly wrong. SOME phones use SIM cards. Some phones don't. A phone on the Verizon, Alltel, or Sprint networks do not use SIM cards as they operate on CDMA platforms. iDEN (an ancient Nextel system) or the global standard GSM (AT&T) use SIM cards.
my uncle who works with a ton of technology for a job said that every phone has a sim card its just that some phones are harder to get to. apparently u can take of the battery back then unscrew a couple screws then you can get it from there.
No, it will give an error message asking for the unlock code. Once you get that error, you screwed up the sim and it will not work in either phone again and it locks up your phone and it cannot be unlocked. Nextel does not have the unlock code, Motorola made the phones that way.
