2001 and up have the option of 3rd row, but for the older body style 99 and below you can buy a 3rd row from a suburban and get a kit off eBay to install it, as i have done in my 99 Tahoe. They even sell the seatbelts and brakets to install it.

I ADDED A 3RD ROW SEAT TO MY 99 TAHOE I BOUGHT THE SEAT FROM A 96 SUBURBAN AND I BOUGHT THE BRACKETS OFF OF EBAY THEY COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS THEY HAVE TO BE WELDED IN THE FLOORBOARD IF YOU KNOW HOW GREAT IF NOT GO TO A MUFFLER SHOP AND HAVE THEM DO IT FOR YOU FOR $50 BUCKS.BUT MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE WHERE YOU WANT THEM AND PULL UP THE Carpet first then just relay it cut out the hole and click you seat in place and it's removeable too. check out for it on eBay it's the only place i ever saw it under 3rd row seat bracket. good luck! jen

I have an '02 venture that had the guides accientally broken on the floor latches, this actually helped because with those gone you can put the seats in any number of combinations. My favorite is the rear seats up front or just the little front seat centered between driver and passenger seats. We keep the back row open unless we have extra riders.
