Are the carbs in fruit bad carbs or good carbs?
Unlike refined (processed) carbohydrates, the carbohydrates in
fresh fruit and fresh vegetables are considered 'good' carbs. If
you are counting carbohydrates, some fruit and vegetables are
higher in carbs than others are.
