if there are no bolts in the door jamb then they are welded in and need to be ground down and new ones welded on

I believe on that model the door is welded to the truck, just check the hinges for bolts and not just the pin that holds the hinges together. I think it is about 100 bucks for a dealer to hang a new door.
No door hinges and cabinet hinges are two different things. Door hinges are generally much larger than cabinet hinges. Cabinet hinges and door hinges are not at all the same. They are different sizes and can withstand different amounts of weight.
