Uhm... I don't think so, no! Sounds like you either have a bad battery, or your alternator is going out. You'll know for sure that it's your alternator when all of your dash lights start coming on, all of your lights are dim, and your radio stops working... Of course by then it's probably too late for you to get home if you're out some where... At least that's what happened to me! lol! You can check to see if your battery is charging by looking at your amps gauge on your dash...
Headlights, since they require more power than the inside lights of a car.
No.
Lights inside the car. Dome light, courtesy light, etc.
turn the inside lights off
You can remove the panel inside the back of the car. From there you can access your tail lights and your tag lights.
My brake lights, dome lights and dash board lights went out at the same time. I checked the fuse under the hood of the car and I can't locate the fuse box inside the car. My questions are (1) what cloud have cause for all three(3) lights to go out at the same time and (2) where inside the car is the fuse box?
yes it will
Defective alternator or broken alternator belt.

There are usually vents under the tail lights.
I would sue him/take the car back.
On many vehicles, that means that the daytime driving lights are on.
