Its your fuel filter. but if that isn't it then you wanna check your fuel pump cause mine did almost the same thing and it was my fuel pump but the easiest way to tell if it is your pump is when you take off your fuel filter blow thru it and catch what comes out and if black pieces of plastic come out then yeah its your fuel pump those little black pieces are part of the inside of your fuel pump.
