Well, both have been described as similar looking creatures. Both have been seen by hundreds of witnesses, and photos exist of both. But what are these photos of? Nearly all have proven to be naturally occurring objects like seals, otters, logs or large fish. Waves have even shown to be the culprit in some cases. But what about those sightings that can't be explained away? Maybe the scientific community needs to take this seriously, do studies, and see once and for all if there is yet unknown creatures swimming in the murky depths.
