WikiAnswers has a dedicated team of over 550 volunteer supervisors who patrol the site for profanity and other inappropriate answers. They revert all such answers they encounter. Profanity is strictly forbidden on WikiAnswers.
Many people of many ages and backgrounds use this site. It is disrespectful to expose people to such language, especially when such profanity adds no benefit to an answer. Profanity is unnecessary in answers, regardless.
Yes. Supervisors can ban anyone who vandalizes questions or answers, uses profanity, makes racist postings, does cyber bullying, posts nonsense questions or answers, etc.
Your answers may be nonsense, contain profanity, or anything else that is against WikiAnswers' Community Guidelines. See the Related Link below for the Community Guidelines.
I am assuming you are metaphorically asking what questions need to be removed from WikiAnswers. WikiAnswers is trying to become a PG-13 site. Any swearing/profanity, hacking or bypassing blocked sites, illegal activities, cyberbullying and other inappropriate questions and answers are removed. Nonsense questions, questions with not enough information provided and questions that add no value to WikiAnswers are also removed.
Well, that would be the employees of Answers.com (CA's) but also the vouleenteer workers (Supervisors). But some answers may have profanity in them, so we supervisors and CA's try going out and finding all of the answers that do have profanity. We try to lower the amount of it. But you have to remember that there are alot of answered questions. And more are being answered daily. And you have to remember that the people answering questions. Are people like you. We answer some, but this site gets its answers from the users like you. If you do see profanity in an answer. Then don't be afraid to tell a supervisor, or a CA. They will deal with it ASASP.
You cannot demand answers from WikiAnswers on your questions. WikiAnswers does not answer your questions, it is the members of this community that answer your questions. You can request for your question to be answered but not demand for the same.
Absolutely not. Adding profanity to answers and/or questions is against site rules and may result in your account being suspended. There is no use in offending anyone using profanity.
There is no limit to how many questions someone can ask or answer. But they must be real answers without nonsense & or profanity, etc. Any existing valid answers must remain. Deleting nonsense is ok, deleting good answers not only impolite but not allowed . For opinion questions that can have multiple correct answers, just add new under existing. have at it.
Wikianswers does not answer your questions. It is people from around the globe on the internet that answer the questions.
None, of the questions on WikiAnswers are outdated.
WikiAnswers is constantly being "modified" with new questions, answers, and changes to existing answers.
You can in answers, but not in questions.
Irrapropiate questions and answers and offending someone through questions or answers
