The main cause of oily spark plugs is gasket failure in the cylinder head or block. Unfortunatley, the only really effective remedy for this is to get the head or block out and replace the gasket, which may be a service-garage job if you don't have lifting equipment.
Usually the cylinder head holds the spark plugs.
On the drivers side head between the first 2 spark plugs up front.

on the sides of the block are 2 square caps with phillps screws those are your spark plugs

Remove the cowling on top of the engine block to expose the head, you should be able to see and follow the HT leads.
There is a black cover on top of the cylinder head (the one with 20V written on it), the spark plugs are under it.
