Are there 2 fuse boxes on a Saturn S 1996 your Tail lights are not working you have replaced fuses under the dash and they still do not come on unless you hook them up hot and then they stay on all th?
Often a tail light failure turns out to be a problem with the switch. I assume you mean the tail lights and not the brake lights.
Yes there is a fuse box under the hood beside the battery
I had the tensioner and belt replaced on my 93 saturn. Before hiring someone I looked into it online. My advice is that unless you have the tools and basic skills for mechanics (the basics yes, the tools no) I would suggest you take it to a mechanic and since you are doing that you might aswell have the serpinine belt replaced and tightened too. Good luck
What do the Brake warning lights on 98 ram mean all 3 warning lights com on sometimes well driving but not always?
It is impossible to know what you mean. This is a statement not a question. Unless you are talking about the map lights located above the Windshield. And yes there are inside lights, in the doors, in addition to the map lights. If they are not working the bulbs may burned out, there ma be an opn in the circuit, or you may have a blown fuse.
you can check fues by a test light. ground your test light to medal and then take and touch each side of the fues while still in the fues box, you will see two shiny tabs on top of the fues that is where you will touch the other end of the test light to, if the light inside the test light, lights up on both sides then the fues is good, now they will…
If you replaced your compressor less than 90 days ago and the unit doesn't work again if the entire unit is replaced can you reuse the compressor or return it?

Those words ('strong' and 'weak') don't mean anything unless you explain what you're comparing to. You haven't done that. Comparing the surface of Saturn to the surface of Earth, Saturn comes out about 14% stronger. Comparing the surface of Saturn to the surface of Jupiter, Saturn comes out about 57% weaker.
Is it true that once a bone such as your humerus is formed the bone tissue is never replaced unless the bone is broken?
How do you stop the blower on a Nissan maxima 92 stay on all the time unless the fuse or relay next to the fuse to be removed?
2000 Saturn LS1 won't come out of park unless I turn the key to acc then it will move and I can start in neutral If I put it in park again have to turn it off and do the same thing again?
I know that the interior lights could be messed up due to a recent replacement/fixing of the telescoping antenna. Or if this is a (post-1996) W210, this won't make sense to you. The sunroof would most commonly be just switches, clean them some way or another. Unless the sunroof slowly died by getting slower and slower until it stopped working, then it really needs to be greased, seriously using only MB grease.
Turn on the ignition key but don't start the engine. Check all the warning lights that are on against the diagram in the owner's manual (the parking brake may not light unless the brake is engaged). When you've confirmed they're all working start the engine. If everything's operating properly all the lights will turn off. Cheers
Only the serpentine belt. That's the one that drives the alternator, power steering, air conditioning... Unlike many other 4 cylinder vehicle manufacturers, the 4 cylinder Saturns did not use a timing belt; they used a timing chain which is INSIDE the engine and receives a constant oil bath while the engine is running. The Saturn timing chains did not typically need to be replaced unless rebuilding the engine.
