Often a tail light failure turns out to be a problem with the switch. I assume you mean the tail lights and not the brake lights.

Yes there is a fuse box under the hood beside the battery

Usually it does not. Unless your remote control unit is on the same fuse along with the dome lights.

Not Applicable The Saturn 4 cylinder, both the SOHC and DOHC used a chain, and it doesn't need to be replaced unless the engine has OTHER problems.

I had the tensioner and belt replaced on my 93 saturn. Before hiring someone I looked into it online. My advice is that unless you have the tools and basic skills for mechanics (the basics yes, the tools no) I would suggest you take it to a mechanic and since you are doing that you might aswell have the serpinine belt replaced and tightened too. Good luck

Which lights are they is it the check engine abs and brake lights? If so its the transmission ouput speed sensor that needs to be replaced. Inexpensive unless you continue to drive it and blow the transmission. good luck

It's hard to imagine both lights going out at the same time unless they carry a common ground because they are usually powered seperately. Exactly what kind of vehicle is it, that possibly I can look for a wiring diagram.

It is impossible to know what you mean. This is a statement not a question. Unless you are talking about the map lights located above the Windshield. And yes there are inside lights, in the doors, in addition to the map lights. If they are not working the bulbs may burned out, there ma be an opn in the circuit, or you may have a blown fuse.

you can check fues by a test light. ground your test light to medal and then take and touch each side of the fues while still in the fues box, you will see two shiny tabs on top of the fues that is where you will touch the other end of the test light to, if the light inside the test light, lights up on both sides then the fues is good, now they will be some that will not light up like the lights unless they are on, turn signals , wipers , bright lights, and ecm which all of these will come on if you turn them on also

Yes it is and you should have search this up unless your thin!!!
