Actually there are only 4 provinces in Pakistan, not five. Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are the names of these provinces. Other then these provinces, Pakistan has a Federally Administered Tribal Area which, though is a separate region but still not been given the status of a separate province. Collectively, FATA is under control of Governor Gilgit Baltistan.

Yes pakistan do have provinces. mainly it has 5 provinces named as 1. punjab 2. sindh 3. Balochistan 4. Khyber Pakhtunkhawah 5. gilgit baltistan and also 6th one is azad kashmir, which is almost 1/3 of total kashmir area, remaining is in control of india who has forcefully occupying it against wishes of people.
