Yes Pakistan do have provinces. mainly it has 5 provinces named as

1. punjab

2. sindh

3. Balochistan

4. Khyber Pakhtunkhawah

5. gilgit baltistan

and also 6th one is azad kashmir, which is almost 1/3 of total kashmir area, remaining is in control of India who has forcefully occupying it against wishes of people.
