the only adjustment for alignment on the rear of a Jeep is something called "thrust angle" and that is the location of the rear axle in relation to the leaf springs, the best way to tell is make sure the relationship of the leaf to axle is exactly 90 degrees otherwise if it is off your vehicle will crab or dogleg down the road making you turn your steering wheel off straight to compensate for it.
To align the front end of a Kawasaki Bayou 220, you will need to adjust the tie rod ends connecting the steering knuckles to the front wheels. To align a door to shut completly properly on the first try you would have to of been installing that type of door for a long time and have a lot of experience. It normally takes many attempts and small adjustments to align a door properly.

Your best bet is to take it to an alignment shop and have a thrust alignment done.
Unless it has independent rear suspension (which I doubt) there is probably no adjustment for rear wheel alignment.
If you mean the wheel alignment, you have almost no chance to do it manually without special tools. In car services they use lasers to align wheels. If you have such precision in your hands then you can to that, if you don't. You have to bring the car to your mechanic.
