To my knowledge, there are no Caribbean medical schools in the US. However, there are American medical schools in the Caribbean. Perhaps this might be an acceptable option for you.

Both types of schools cover approximately the same curriculum, which is the same curriculum in any medical school. Osteopathic schools have an additional emphasis on the musculoskeletal system, but this is a minor difference, accounting for less than 3% of the total curriculum.Graduates of each of these programs are eligible to sit for the United States Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE). The difference is the philosophy and also the fact that USDO receive 300 extra hours of training in OMM. So the bottom line is, USDO are infact more trained than USDO or IMGs. Also the students at DO schools tend to be older who have had much more life experience and are not stuck on doing surgery/radiology because they have seen life. Many DO graduates want to go into primary care in the first place (not that they can not get into higher specialities). For example PCOM is a DO school and its residency match list is next to Harvard's match list so explain that to me. Also DO students match almost 100% of the time, same can't be said for Caribbean students.DO admission stats are around 3.5-3.6 GPA and 27-30 MCAT whereas USMD stats are 3.6-3.7 and 30-31 MCAT.
