any Non-Commissioned officer may conduct Non-Commissioned officer business to any enlisted personal under him. Non-Commissioned officers take orders from officers and assign tasks of those orders to subordinates to be carried out
Providing the aircraft is properly maintained and documented, and barring any severe accidents, there is no limit. There are some aircraft from the 30's still flying in commercial service.
To change a double ring-shaped E2C 65W bulb, first ensure the power is turned off to avoid any electrical hazards. Gently twist the old bulb counterclockwise to remove it from the socket. Align the new bulb with the socket and twist it clockwise until secure. Finally, restore power and test the new bulb to ensure it’s functioning properly.

The forces acting on an aircraft at any given point in time are lift, drag, thrust and weight. I would add that there are Friction forces if the aircraft is still touching the runway.
The perfect aircraft to use as a 'Utility Aircraft', would be any type of the Hercules Range of Aircraft.
Any commissioned officer.
The ship with the longest active service of any commissioned Naval vessel is currently the USS Enterprise (CVN-65). Though the USS Constitution is still an active commissioned Navy vessel, her commission is ceremonial in nature only and she only performs ceremonial and historical functions. The first Nuclear-powered aircraft carrier, the Enterprise also has 4 screws, rather than two which most other carriers have. Commissioned in November 1961, she is scheduled currently to be decommissioned after her current supply of nuclear fuel runs out, probably within the next 5 or 6 years.
Any aircraft are from earth. There is no scientific evidence that aircraft from anywhere else have visited us.

As of my last update, only a handful of B-36 Peacemaker bombers remain in existence, and most of them are on display in museums rather than actively flying. The B-36, which was retired in the 1950s, had a limited operational lifespan, and the few remaining aircraft are primarily preserved as historical artifacts. Consequently, it is unlikely that any B-36 aircraft are still flying today.
Any person can tender cargo to a passenger aircraft. There are many kinds of cargo which can NOT be transported on an aircraft - show up with a drum of gasoline and they will not accept it for transport.
