I have always used 10w30. never had any problems.
The S10 Blazer has a "double disconnect" 4wd system. It is disconnected at the transfercase and at the front differential. It is ok to tow it by the front of rear wheels with a Dolly and will not do any damage if not done for long distances. But remember, with any dolly towing there is a risk of damage.

you can definitely fit more then 20 inch tires on a stock 2000 s10 blazer I'd say to play it safe, 30 or 31 inch tires would be good with out any rubbing, or trimming needed
i have a 92 s-10 blazer and it has no reverse Andy ideas?. it will go in to drive and shift in to all the gears..but will no go into reverse? can u help me
1993 was the first year the automatics used the electronic 4L60E transmission. Any 1993 - up Blazer/Bravada/Jimmy/S10/S15 automatic transmission should do.
