The short answer is yes. the JOHN DEERe 100 series mowers are made in Greeneville Tennessee. this is a highly automated factory employing up to 800 people at the peak of the season. the lawn tractors are shipped directly from the factory to dealers and to big-box stores. the units are identical and all use Briggs and Stratton engines.

No, they are the same tractors that come from the same factory. They are sold at the same price as well. The only difference is that you would have to take your lawn tractor to a Dealer for service.
