No. There are no moose that exist or live in Africa. The climate is too warm and the vegetation is not ideal for moose to be living in this warm tropical to arid continent. Moose are found much further north where seasons are more defined and winters are cold and snowy. Only the northern hemisphere is home to the moose, there are no moose that live in the Southern Hemisphere, near or in the tropics, nor south of the Equator.

You will only find moose in northern Eurasia, and North America. Canada is home to the largest population of moose, nationally, in the world, with the moose population in Russia coming in at a close second.
