For common drug interactions, visit:

There, you can "plug in" different drugs and find out if there are any known interactions.

You really need to ask a pharmacist to be sure. Don't gamble with drugs, drug combinations or your health. Call your local drug store. They'll be glad to assist.

My 14 year old has been on Seroquel for a couple of years now for his behavior problems. He is developmentally delayed with behavior problems. He has always been impulsive and has adhd. His doctor just put him on Strattera along with the Seroquel in hopes that it could help to focus. Well, it has only been two weeks and he has these anger issues that are starting to scare me. He picked up a kitchen chair and started to come after me with it. He has had several outbursts over little things. I am taking him off the Strattera and will let the doctor know later. We were all better off with him taking Seroquel only.

Can Motrin be taken with seroquel?

Yes, you can depending upon what your dosage of Seroquel is. Withdrawing from Seroquel caused me to experience severe chest pain and high blood pressure the first few days after each dosage cut. After I had the chest pain thoroghly checked out to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong, my Dr. gave me a prescription for low dose tramadol to take those first few days at each lower seroqel dose so that I could function. You should talk to your physician though--the CNS depressive side effects of Seroquel and Tramadol are additive.....so I imagine you might not be able to take it if you are on a lot of Seroquel.
