However, if you want to lose weight, it's probably better to adhere to a vegetable diet. Fruits contain a lot of sugar. Vegetables rather contain cellulose like all plants, and cellulose is beneficial to the body in weight loss and skin rejuvenation (sp?).
We're 'apparently' supposed to eat FIVE portions of fruit and/or veg a day.
