it depends on the fruit and the vegetable
All the colored foods and vegetables are rich in vitamins...just take whatever you see
Beginning in the 1980s, people began to incorporate more fresh fruits and vegetables into their diets as a way to reduce fat and increase vitamin and nutrient intake.
There are no fruits that have more than a trace level of vitamin B12. That vitamin is not found in fruit.
Vitamin C is found on tangy fruits. I meant tangy by sour. While vitamin E is found in vegetables; it is known to stop cancer or clean the body. The B Vitamins can be also found on most fruits. Vegetables have more vitamins for they are green and leafy. Please improve answer if you think it's wrong. Thanks
Some amount of vitamin E contains in a fresh vegetables such as potato, cucumber, carrot. But some vegetables contains more vitamin E, than other. For example spinach and broccoli. Be aware, that thermal processing of vegetable kills vitamin E. Avocado is a good source of Vitamin E.
i believe salt is the only one but there could be more
This is a tall order to answer since there are a lot of fruits available. For example, oranges are known for vitamin C but it also contains folate, vitamin A, and calcium. Raspberries also contain vitamin C and folate but it also contains copper, magnesium and riboflavin. And cantaloupe contains vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium and vitamin B-6 There is a web site that might help you look at the nutrient content of fruits: www.whfoods.com There is a list of fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, etc. You can click on one of them and it will give you more information than you have asked to receive -- including the vitamin content.
Vegetables contains more water than fruit
vegetables because vegetables has more vitamins and minerals and less sugar and fruit has a little bit more sugar than vegetables and some fruits don't have ALL the vitamins and minerals but vegetables do.
There are a lot of scientific fruits that are called vegetables such as the tomato, avocado, and many more...
Fruits contain more acids than vegetables as a general rule, however some vegetables do contain some acids. Tomatoes are one vegetable that contain acid, jalapeno vegetables also contain acid.
Both are very nutritious. Fruits and Vegetables give you nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy.
